Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Strido (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service. These Terms apply to all users of the Service, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/or contributors of content.
Use License
Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of Strido for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:
- Modify or copy the materials
- Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
- Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained in Strido
- Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
- Transfer the materials to another person or “mirror” the materials on any other server
This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by Strido at any time.
Account Registration
To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. When you register, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information
- Maintain and promptly update your account information
- Maintain the security of your password and identification
- Accept all responsibility for activities that occur under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this obligation.
User Conduct
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law
- Infringe upon the rights of others, including intellectual property rights
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users
- Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information
- Transmit any viruses, malware, or harmful code
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to the Service
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service
- Use automated systems to access the Service without permission
- Collect or harvest information about other users without their consent
User Content
You retain ownership of any content you submit, post, or display on or through the Service (“User Content”). By submitting User Content, you grant Strido a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, and distribute your User Content for the purpose of operating and providing the Service.
You represent and warrant that:
- You own or have the necessary rights to grant the license for your User Content
- Your User Content does not violate any third-party rights
- Your User Content complies with these Terms and applicable laws
We reserve the right to remove any User Content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable, in our sole discretion.
Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Strido and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. The Strido name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Strido or its affiliates or licensors.
You may not use such marks without our prior written permission. All other trademarks, service marks, and trade names are the property of their respective owners.
Payment Terms
If you purchase a subscription or make any payment through the Service:
- You agree to pay all charges associated with your account
- All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
- We reserve the right to change our pricing with reasonable notice
- You are responsible for any taxes applicable to your purchase
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination:
- Your right to use the Service will immediately cease
- We may delete your account and all associated data
- All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature in the app settings.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Strido and its affiliates make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the Service or the information, content, materials, or products included on the Service.
To the full extent permissible by applicable law, Strido disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall Strido, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
- Your use or inability to use the Service
- Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein
- Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Service
- Any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through the Service
- Any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any content
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Strido and its affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including without limitation reasonable attorney's fees and costs, arising out of or in any way connected with:
- Your access to or use of the Service
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any third-party right, including any intellectual property or privacy right
- Any User Content you submit or transmit through the Service
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Strido operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service and supersede and replace any prior agreements.
